Hi Gus,

There are several great threads on smoking cessation right here on Hypnothoughts. You might want to do a search. When I was still tearing my hair out over smoking cessation, there were several therapists here who had some wonderful protocol. After all was said and done. After spending hundreds on smoking cessation hypnosis books and trainings, the one I found to be the most effective was John Cleesattel's. I think he might share it somewhere here. He also has a training book that has a very nominal fee.
